13-17 мая 2024 года на радиофизическом факультете (РФФ) Национального исследовательского Томского государственного университета была проведена XXI ВСЕРОССИЙСКАЯ КОНФЕРЕНЦИЯ СТУДЕНЧЕСКИХ НАУЧНО-ИССЛЕДОВАТЕЛЬСКИХ ИНКУБАТОРОВ (СНИИ-2024). В рамках секции “Recent Developments in Radiophysics, Optics, Photonics, Optoinformatics and Information Technologies” под председательством Харапудченко Ольги Владимировны, канд. пед. наук, доцента каф. английского языка в сфере научной коммуникации ФИЯ ТГУ (зав. кафедрой Шульгина Е.М.), были представлены научные изыскания магистрантов и аспирантов радиофизического факультета ТГУ на английском языке.

В мероприятии приняли активное участие приглашенные эксперты:

  • Липатов Евгений Игоревич, канд. физ.-мат. наук, зав. лаб. квантовых информационных технологий, доцент каф. квантовой электроники и фотоники,
  • Кочеткова Татьяна Дмитриевна, канд. физ.-мат. наук, доцент каф. радиоэлектроники,
  • Доценко Ольга Александровна, канд. физ.-мат. наук, доцент каф. радиоэлектроники,
  • Каширский Данила Евгеньевич, канд. физ.-мат. наук, доцент каф. квантовой электроники и фотоники.

Участники секции представили свои научные разработки в области радиофизики, оптики, фотоники, оптоинформатики и информационных технологий, ответили на вопросы экспертов и поучаствовали в интересной дискуссии.

По итогам работы секции эксперты определили трех победителей:

  • диплом 1-ой степени вручен Дарье Переседовой за доклад “Cathodoluminescence of 3H centers in synthetic diamonds”,
  • диплом 2-ой степени — Андрею Самолову (“Parameters of laser generation on NV centers in diamond and their dependence on temperature”),
  • диплом 3-ей степени — Илье Дюкову (“RHEED patterns from 2×1 and 1×2 superstructures during epitaxy of Si on Si(100)”).

 

Завершил конференцию всероссийский конкурс научно-популярных докладов на английском языке “Science Unites”, в котором приняли участие студенты-бакалавры 1-го и 2-го курсов РФФ.

  • дипломами второй степени — Кристины Хромей и Софьи Поповой,
  • дипломами третьей степени — Екатерины Мидони и Тимура Исмаилова.

Мероприятие провели Сбойчикова Мария Владимировна и Кубрицкая Светлана Андреевна, старшие преподаватели кафедры английского языка в сфере научной коммуникации ФИЯ ТГУ.

Выражаем особую благодарность декану радиофизического факультета Коротаеву Александру Григорьевичу, а также заместителю декана по учебной работе РФФ ТГУ Масловой Юлии Валентиновне, доценту каф. квантовой электроники и фотоники, за помощь в проведении мероприятий.

On May 13-17, 2024, the XXI ALL-RUSSIAN CONFERENCE OF STUDENT RESEARCH INCUBATORS was held at the Faculty of Radiophysics of National Research Tomsk State University. During the session “Recent Developments in Radiophysics, Optics, Photonics, Optoinformatics and Information Technologies”, chaired by Olga V. Kharapudchenko, Candidate of Sciences in Pedagogy, Associate Professor at the Department of English in Science Communication, TSU (the head of the Department is Elena M. Shulgina), Master students and postgraduates presented their scientific research in English.

The event was attended by experts;

  • Evgeny I. Lipatov, Candidate of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics, the head of the laboratory of Quantum Information Technologies, Associate Professor at the Department of Quantum Electronics and Photonics,  
  • Tatyana D. Kochetkova, Candidate of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor at the Department of Radioelectronics,
  • Olga A. Dotsenko, Candidate of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor at the Department of Radioelectronics,
  • Danila E. Kashirsky, Candidate of Sciences in Physics and Mathematics, Associate Professor at the Department of Quantum Electronics and Photonics.

The reporters shared their scientific developments in the field of radiophysics, optics, photonics, optoinformatics and information technology, answered questions from the experts and participated in an interesting discussion. After analyzing the outcomes of the presentations, the experts selected three winners:

  • the 1st degree diploma was awarded to Daria Peresedova for the report “Cathodoluminescence of 3H centers in synthetic diamonds»,
  • the 2nd degree diploma — to Andrey Samolov (“Parameters of laser generation on NV centers in diamond and their dependence on temperature”),
  • the 3rd degree diploma — to Ilya Dyukov (“RHEED patterns from 2×1 and 1×2 superstructures during epitaxy of Si on Si(100)«).

 

The conference also featured a competition called «Science Unites» for English-language popular science reports, in which Bachelor students of the Faculty of Radiophysics took part.

The performances of

  • Ivan Yanev and Dmitry Mironov were awarded with diplomas of the 1st degree,
  • Kristina Khromey and Sofia Popova received the 2nd degree diplomas,
  • Ekaterina Midoni and Timur Ismailov — the 3rd degree diplomas.

The event was held by Maria Vladimirovna Sboychikova and Svetlana Andreevna Kubritskaya, senior lecturers at the Department of English in Science Communication.
